At Mursal, every item is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Please note that refunds or returns are not offered unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

• The issue must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order

• You must provide clear photo and video proof recorded at the time of unboxing

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached

If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed once the provided proof has been verified. Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Orders placed by mistake or change of mind • Incorrect size selection • Sale or discounted items • Customized or limited-edition pieces • Claims made after the 2-day reporting period

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges • Shipping fees are non-refundable • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount • Delivery time for exchanged products may vary by location

Exchanges

Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced.

To exchange an item, email info@mursal.us within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and unboxing proof for quick processing.
