Where is Mursal Brand based?

Mursal Brand is based in the USA, with production houses in Pakistan and China. Our team in Pakistan creates and builds our own materials – giving every piece a premium, smooth, and durable feel.

Currently, shipping is available across the USA. We’ll soon expand to full worldwide shipping. For bulk or wholesale orders (50-100+ pieces), we already provide international delivery.

We offer two shipping options:

Express Shipping: After production, delivery takes around 3 days – fast and fully covered by us, with no extra cost on your end.

Standard Shipping: A more affordable option, but customers are responsible for their country’s tariff or customs charges.

Production typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on order size and customization. You’ll receive updates throughout the process until your package is shipped.

We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, and other payment methods upon request. Choose what’s most convenient for you – just let us know your preferred option at checkout or via email.

We do not offer exchanges, as each item is made and processed per order.

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at daedae446574@gmail.com with your order number and a photo.

Yes, all items follow standard US sizing.

Yes! We welcome creative projects and partnerships. Custom designs and collaborations are available with a minimum of 25 pieces per design.
